| Anika Youcha Anika was born and raised in Minneapolis, knowing from childhood that she would be an artist. Hearing the call of Jackson Hole and its grandeur, she headed west and began painting in 2001. Being color red-green color blind has made Anika's art-making experience interesting, but it gives her work a unique quality. Her influences include post impressionist Van Gogh, Gauguin, and Cezanne.
