Vhay moved to Jackson from Oregon a decade ago and was so inspired by the beauty that she just had to paint. She never received any formal art education but she did develop drawing skills from her architecture degree. Vhay was drawn to watercolors because of their spontaneity, transparency, and challenge. Her paintings are very soft, simplistic, with innovative composition. Wyoming Gallery carries September's limited edition giclee prints.
