Mills received her first camera when she was 6 years old and hasn’t stopped taking pictures since. Besides a few workshops, she is primarily self-taught. Polaroid transfers are her preferred form of mixed media. Mills moved to Jackson, WY from the East coast in 1993 and enjoys using western landscapes and animals as her subject matter. Her tiny vignettes have a soft, faded feeling.
