Emery’s unusual work has a very personal, journal-like quality to it. He is a graduate of the Dayton Art Institute and currently lives in Dayton, Ohio; although, he does spend a significant part of the year in Colorado and New Zealand fly-fishing. Emery’s pieces are constructed completely out of paper creating a three-dimensional, original look into a fisherman’s experiences.
